Temperat ure Compensat ion

Set Temperature Compensat ion:
display will t hen show 0 (default ) or current compensat ion set t ing. Use
TEMP+/ - but tons to adjust t he compensat ion. Compensat ion can be
set in 1° increment s
+/ - 8°F (0.5°C increment s up to +/ - 4°C).
• Temperat ure compensat ion changes t he ambient temperat ure
reading. If t he system is sensing t he ambient temperat ure at 72°F
and t he compensat ion is set to - 2° t hen t he system will use 70°F in it s
operat ion to heat or cool.
Forced Defrost :
• Set to Heat ing mode, high fan, and 86°F (30°C), or highest temperat ure
if ECO is on. Press TEMP+ 6 t imes wit hin 5 seconds. Three tones will

• Set mode to Cool. Tap ON/ OFF. Tap any but ton, except ON/ OFF, to
light t he display. Press and hold ON/ OFF for 5 seconds. LL will display
again.
Forced Heat ing:
• Set mode to Heat . Tap ON/ OFF. Tap any but ton, except ON/ OFF, to
light t he display. Press and hold ON/ OFF for 5 seconds. HH will display
