お買い上げ時や長い間使わなかった充電式電池は、持続時間が短いことがあります。
海外では保証書に記載の海外ソニーサービス特約店にご相談ください。
これは電池の特性によるもので、数回使えば充分充電されるようになります。
•
充電が終わったら、早めに充電器をコンセントから抜いてください。長時間差した
ままにすると、電池の性能を低下させることがあります。
故障かな？

充電中は充電器や充電式電池が熱くなりますが、危険はありません。
•
充電式電池を持ち運ぶときは、付属の充電池ケースに入れてください。ケースに入
故障とお考えになる前に、次のような点をご確認ください。
