Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers or metal utensils to clean the inner pot as these
will damage the non-stick coating.

Use only a damp cloth to wipe the inner lid and outside of the body of the rice cooker.
Never immerse the body of the rice cooker in water, nor rinse it under the tap. Wipe the heating
element with a dry cloth.

Recipes

Rice in oolong tea

Ingredients:

3 cups rice
-
1 litre hot Oolong tea

Put the washed rice in the inner pot and add water up to the '3 cups' indication for rice.

Press the MENU button to select the Pau Fan cooking mode (see section 'Pau fan cooking'.

When the rice cooker beeps to indicate that the rice is ready, stir the rice to loosen it and
add the Oolong tea.

Press the COOK/REHEAT button to resume the pau fan cooking process.

Serve the rice with some side dishes.
