Setting the Upper Panel and Lower Panel Displays for the
Display Mode (only by remote control operation) (page 36)
1 Press the MENU key for 2 or more consecutive seconds to
set up the display for the upper panel.
(Press the MENU key again when "DISPLAY" is being
displayed to set up the display for the lower panel.)
2 Press the ¢ or 4 keys when the display area is flashing.
The mode changes each time the ¢ or 4 key is
pressed.
÷ The display mode is set when the flashing display is
steadily illuminated.
Track number and time display
Disc name display ("DISC")
Track name display ("TRACK")
Group name display ("GROUP")
"KENWOOD" display
Recording mode display (STEREO/LP2/LP4/MONO)

1 Press the MENU key for 2 or more consecutive seconds.
2 Press the MENU key twice when "DISPLAY" is being
displayed to select "BEEP".
3 Press the ¢ or 4 key to select "BEEP ON" or "BEEP
OFF".
The mode changes each time the ¢ or 4 key is
pressed.
"BEEP OFF":
The operating tone will beep twice, but will then stop
beeping.
"BEEP ON":
The operating tone will beep once, and will then beep
when an operation key is pressed.
