F-2 Installing a New Battery
1. Turn off the computer and disconnect the power cord from
the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the computer cover.
3. Locate the battery on the system board.
4. Press down on the retainer latch and slide the battery out of
the holder.

5. Insert the new battery into the holder.
6. Replace the computer cover.
7. Plug in the computer.
8. Turn on the computer and follow the instructions on the
screen.
