I can't hear the other
party over the call
The touchscreen is
abnormal
My battery drains fast
My phone becomes
warmer and warmer
You may have to check the followings:
The voice volume of your phone. You may
use the Volume Up/Down Keys on the side of
your phone during the phone call to see if you
can hear the sound of the other party.
You might be in place where signal is blocked,
like a basement, an elevator or in an indoor
parking lot.
There might be a temporary signal
interruption. Try again later.
If the problem remains, contact your telecom
service provider immediately.
You might try the following:
1. Restart your phone.
Press and hold the Power Key, and tap
Restart.
2. You might have triggered Accessibility
feature unintentionally. Press both Volume Up
and Volume Down keys to exit Accessibility
feature.
Remove applications running in the
background.
Tap on Recent to switch around
running apps and select the ones to be
removed.
Swipe all the way to the left and tap
CLEAR ALL.
Turn off Location (GPS), Bluetooth or Hotspot
when not in use.
Swipe down twice from the top of your
phone screen to show these icons and
check if they are disabled.
It is normal that your phone becomes when
you play games, talk on the phone, watch
videos, run apps requiring large memory, or
use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot for a long
period of time.
You are advised to exit these apps or services
in order to the CPU cool off.
Be sure to save what you have done before
you exit these applications or services.
