TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
ODOR Indicator
● After the operation starts, ODOR Indicator Light does not change its

It is hard for the sensor to detect in some places. It is normal if

blown to the sensor.

the odor sensor may become blunt.
Please continue the air purifying operation (MED) for several
hours or 1 day.
● Dust may accumulate on the sensor.
Please remove the rear panel and
the filters and clean them with
a cleaner through the hole as
shown in the right figure.

● It may not turn green due to dirt comes from outdoors when the window
does not turn green
or the door is opened frequently or the room is of poor airtightness.

Solution
● Check the CHILD LOCK setting.
If locked, release the child lock.
● Check the power plug.
If not inserted, insert the power plug into an outlet.
● Check to see if there is a power outage.
If there is a power outage, wait until the power is resumed.
● Check to see if the water tank is properly placed.
If not, place the water tank correctly.
● Check to see if the water tank is full.
If the tank is full, drain the water.
● Check to see if the float is properly placed.
If not, place the float properly.
● The operation has stopped with the Auto Off function.
Press the OFF button to stop the indicator light from blinking,
and start the operation again.
When using continuously, disable the Auto Off function.
● The water tank becomes full and the operation has stopped with the
Auto Off function.
Empty the water tank, press the OFF button to stop the

● Laundry drying (Auto) operation has completed, and the operation
has stopped.

Press the OFF button to stop the indicator light from blinking, and
start the operation again.
● The unit may malfunction.

● When the main unit falls down while water enters the tank, pull out
the power plug and consult the store where you purchased the
product or SHARP authorized service center.
