指定串口A使用的基I/O 地址。
为串口A指定中断

启用或禁用串口 B
指定串行端B使用的基I/O 地址。
为串口B指定中断

设置指定的串口的控制台重定向功能是否有效。
如果设置为Serial Port A或Serial Port B， 则可
