10. How do I access LG CHI ColorMaster How-To videos?
From the app, select the question mark icon
to the LG CHI ColorMaster page on the CHI website. On this page, you will be able to access the Operational
Manual, User Manual, and How-To Videos.
11. How do I close out of the LG CHI ColorMaster App?
From the bottom of the screen, swipe up on the bar. Then swipe up on the app.
12. How do I adjust the volume?
Open the left side door and press the long button on the top of the table.
13. How do I send logs to the service center?
Go to the Settings screen, select General. Select Save Logs, adjust start/end date if needed, and click Save.
Select Log Data Sync to send.
14. What do I do if the screen is frozen?
From the back of the machine, flip the orange switch off for 5 seconds, then flip it on and wait for the app
to relaunch.
15. What do I do if the machine tablet screen is off?
Double tap on the screen or open the left side door and press the power button.
16. What if I accidentally selected "Yes – Replaced with new canister" when checking a can, but did not replace?
Continue to use the can, but the level reading in the Management screen will not be accurate.
17. What do I do if the Cleaning tab keeps flashing?
Click on the Cleaning tab to check that a replaced can has been cleaned. If a can is check marked,
proceed with cleaning.
If it is still flashing after cleaning a can, select "Replace" for that canister. Once the can has moved to the left
door, select "No- Continue to use the current canister".
18. I accidentally started another stylist's formula. Is it possible to get it back without doing all of the steps?
If you started a formula that is not yours, press the Emergency Stop button on the formulation window. From
the home screen, find the stylist's client and select the first formula in that client's history. Click Next, select
the stylist and submit the formula.
