Cleaning the appliance

The appliance is not working.
Battery indicator lights up red.
Appliance is not charged.
▸ Charge the appliance.
Appliance does not switch on. Plasma indicator flashing
red. Activation area is pushed in.
▸ 1. R elease the activation area.
▸ 2. I f the activation area does not self-release after being
pushed in, contact customer service.
Appliance does not switch on.
Appliance is not charged.
▸ Charge the appliance.
Odour reduction is not functioning as usual.
Plasma is not activating and the plasma indicator remains
white.
▸ Press the appliance more firmly onto the fabric.
▸ Move the appliance faster.
▸ Check whether the fabric is too damp.
Plasma treatment area is soiled and is not generating even
plasma.
▸ Clean the appliance regularly.
Plasma generation does not stop after lifting the appliance.
Activation area sticks and does not automatically spring back
out.
▸ 1. R elease the activation area.
▸ 2. I f the activation area does not self-release after being
pushed in, contact customer service.
Appliance is not charging.
Ambient temperature is too high or too low.
▸ Charge the appliance in a warmer or colder environment.
Appliance is not supplied with power.
▸ Connect the appliance to the power supply.
▸ Check the charging cable.
▸ Check the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
Appliance emits a pulsing sound during use.
Plasma indicator flashing purple.
Excessively damp fabric treated longer than 1 second.
▸ Leave the fabric to dry.
Plasma indicator switches to white during operation.
Movement speed is not sufficient.
▸ Move the appliance faster over the fabric.
Appliance flashing red.
Appliance temperature is too high.
▸ Use the appliance in a warmer or colder environment.
