2 Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Options and press

You can copy or download media files from your
computer or the Internet onto your phone.
transfer files from your
computer
You can transfer files from a computer to your phone
with a USB cable connection. You can purchase songs
on your phone from the V CAST Music Store (see
page 35) or import them from your CD collection.
Note: You need Windows Media Player 10 or later on
your computer to transfer music. You can use
Windows Media Player 11 to transfer music, picture,
and video files. You can use Windows Media Player
10 to transfer music files, but will need Microsoft®
ActiveSync or Windows® Mobile Device Center to
transfer video and picture files. See page "synchronize
music & videos" on page 81 for steps.
