    Batteries Your i1000plus phone comes with a Lithium Ion battery and charger. After attaching the battery, you must charge it before you use it for the first time.     Once you have stored an individual, you can call them by scrolling through the list and finding their name, using the Speed Dial number or using Nextel Direct Connect (see “Nextel Direct Connect on page 75). And, whenever the person calls you, your phone will display their name if you entered their 10-digit phone number.
