M anual Tuning

Press RADIO ON/BAND [RADIO/BAND]
to turn on the radio.
"RADIO" appears in the Clock Display
Window. The display shows the band and
frequency for a few seconds and then
changes back to the current time.

Press RADIO ON/BAND [RADIO/BAND]
repeatedly to select the desired band.
Each press changes the band as follows:

Press RADIO TUNE/TIM E SET – ,
m(Fast reverse) or +, M(Fast
f orw ard) [TUNE/CH – or +] to tune in to
the desired station.
Two short beeps sound when the minimum
frequency of each band is received during
tuning.

Adjust the volume using VOLUM E [VOL]
+ or –.
To check the station being received
Press RADIO ON/BAND [RADIO/BAND] light ly. The
Clock Display Window show s t he band and
f requency f or a f ew seconds and t hen changes
back t o t he current t ime.
To t urn of f t he Radio
Press OFF.

The radio is set for stereo reception at the
default setting. If FM stereo reception is poor,
set to "FM MONO (monaural)." Noise will be
reduced although the sound will not be heard
in stereo.

Press RADIO ON/BAND [RADIO/BAND]
to turn on the radio.

Press RADIO ON/BAND [RADIO/BAND]
repeatedly to select FM.

Press M ODE/SCREEN SIZE.
"Mono(monaural)" or "ST(Stereo)" appears
in the Clock Display Window. Each time
you press MODE/SCREEN SIZE, the mode
changes to either "Mono" or "ST."

Select Mono or ST.
The mode you select appears in the Clock
Display Window for a few seconds and
returns to the current time.
