Troubleshooting

Rain is seen on the TV screen and, in addition, the TV
makes noise.

Check whether the antenna plug is loose or the cable is
not in good condition.
2.
Check the type of antenna (VHF/UHF).
3.
Adjust the orientation and position of the antenna.
4.
Try using a signal booster.
There is no picture or sound on the screen. The
indicator light is off.
Check if the power supply is connected.
The TV image has interfering dots, lines, or streaks.
Do not use a hair dryer near the TV and adjust the orientation
of the antenna to reduce interference.
The TV screen has double images.

Use an antenna in a high position.

Adjust the orientation of the antenna.
The image has no color.

] key and select Picture > Saturation to
increase the color saturation.
The TV has no sound.

Adjust the volume to a suitable level.

• Signal input images are not displayed on the screen. The
indicator light blinks.

Check whether the signal cable is loose or falls off.
Connect the cable again.
