Cradle / Mini Dock
You can connect external equipment in variety by attaching the computer to the Cradle (optional) or Mini Dock (optional).
Following is an example of how to set the computer to the Cradle. For further information, read the operating instructions that
come with the Cradle or Mini Dock.
Setting the computer to the Cradle

Turn off the computer.
Do not use sleep or hibernation function.
Disconnect all the devices and cables and close the terminal cover.

Insert the computer to the Cradle from above.

Tip the computer back to fix it to the Cradle.
CAUTION
The driver of the Cradle is preinstalled in the computer.
Hot or warm docking/undocking is not possible with the Cradle or Mini Dock.
If impure substance is attached on the connector parts of Cradle or Mini Dock, brush off the dirt. Wipe off the water if
attached. Contact failure may occur.
<Cradle only>
To boot the computer from a USB floppy disk drive or a USB CD/DVD drive, be sure to connect the USB drive to the
USB port on the computer, not to the USB port on the Cradle.
