Before using for the first time
Settings for compartment 
The UltraPhase 2 values are preset in
the standard settings.
After the cartridge has been pushed in,
the display message switches to:
 
 Agent for 
 
 Confirm with the OK sensor control.
 
Miele UltraPhase 2
 
 Confirm with the OK sensor control.
The dispensing quantity for
UltraPhase 2 is preset for  (hardness
level II).
 
Per load
 
 Confirm the preset value with the
OK sensor control. If you want to
change this value, use the
 sensor controls and confirm with
the OK sensor control.

The following appears in the display:
 Insert 
 Remove the cover cap from the
UltraPhase 2 detergent cartridge
included with the delivery.
 Push the UltraPhase 2 detergent
cartridge into compartment 2 until it
locks into position.
When the cartridge is pushed in, the
message in the display changes to:
 "TwinDos" is set. Can be changed in
"Settings".
 Confirm with the OK sensor control.
 Close the TwinDos access panel.
