Removing hardware
This section provides instructions on how to remove and install hardware for your product. You can expand
the capabilities of your product and maintain your product by removing or installing hardware.
Attention: Do not open your product or attempt any repair before reading and understanding the Chapter 1
"Important safety information" on page 1.
Removing Meet Compute System
Customer Notice
The replacement Meet Compute System might have a different Serial Number than the one Lenovo shipped
to you. To ensure that the old device stops consuming a meeting room hardware license, deprovision it from
the Google Admin Console.
Deprovisioning will revoke the license and make it available for use with your new replacement unit.

External options
You can connect external options to the Meet Compute System. For some external options, you must install
additional software in addition to making the physical connection. When installing an external option, see
Chapter 4 "Connectors" on page 31 to identify the required connector. Then, use the instructions that come
with the option to help you make the connection and install any required software or device drivers.

Prerequisite
Before you start, read Chapter 1 "Important safety information" on page 1 and print the following
instructions.
For access, do the following:
1. Turn off Meet Compute System and remove all connected devices.
2. Disconnect Meet Compute System from ac power and all connected cables.
