1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure health & safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are strictly adhered to when using this equipment.
Familiarise yourself with product application and limitations, as well as the specific potential hazards peculiar to this product.

Maintain the pump in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non authorised parts will invalidate the warranty.

Use only to pump oils up to SAE 40 viscosity.

Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.

Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.

Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.

Maintain foot pressure on the foot plate at all times while using the pump.

DO NOT use to extract corrosive fluids.

DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any purpose other than for which it is designed.

DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.

Keep the pump clean and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

2. INTRODUCTION
Self-priming lever pump manufactured from galvanized steel, supplied with 14ltr reservoir. Features carry handle for ease of manoeuvrability
and foot plate for stability while in use. 1.8m delivery hose with angled spout. Drip opening/spout storage within bucket cover for tidy storage
when not in use. Suitable for oils up to SAE 40 viscosity.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1.
Attach the pump handle to the unit, with the bolts
provided.
4.2.
Attach the carry handle to the pump handle and
the unit with the bolts provided.
4.3.
Attach the hose with the hose clamp provided.
5. OPERATION
3.1
FILLING
3.1.1
Slacken off the three thumbscrews and twist the
top of the dispenser clockwise and lift off.
3.1.2
Fill the reservoir with oil. NOTE: Only use oils up
to SAE 40 viscosity.
3.1.3
Replace the top of the dispenser and twist
anti-clockwise to locate the bayonet fixings,
tighten the three thumbscrews to secure the top.
3.2
DISPENSING
3.2.1
Insert the angled spout into the item to be filled.
3.2.2
Place foot on the foot plate and pump handle to
dispense oil.
3.2.3
When the desired amount has been dispensed,
locate the hose/spout into the top of the dispenser.
