- The equipment and vents are working properly and nothing is blocking them.
- If the air conditioner water circuit is used indirectly, check the presence of air conditioner
water.
- Text on the device must be clear and easy to read, and difficult-to-read text and symbols
should be corrected.
- Air conditioning ducts or components should be installed in a position where they will not
be corroded by any substance, unless these components are made of corrosion -resistant or
well-protected materials.
2-8. Electrical Equipment Inspection
Repair and maintenance of electrical components shall include a preliminary safety check
•
and component inspection procedure.
If an abnormal condition affecting safety is observed, electrical connections should not be
•
connected to the circuit until the fault is rectified.
If such an exception cannot be corrected immediately and work needs to be resumed, an
•
appropriate temporary solution should be used.
Any anomalies should be reported to the equipment owner so that all relevant parties can
•
be notified.
The initial security check should include:
•
- Check capacitor discharge: This should be done safely to avoid sparking.
- Check that no live electrical parts or wires remain open while refueling, servicing, or
draining air from the system.
- Check the continuity of the grounding.
3. Repair of sealing parts
When servicing sealed components, all power to the operating device must be cut off
•
before removing covered covers, etc.
If it is absolutely necessary to supply electricity to the device during maintenance, there
•
must be a leak monitoring method that works around the clock at the most critical point, to
warn of possible dangerous situations.
Special care should be taken to ensure that the housing does not undergo changes that
•
affect the level of hazard protection when electrical components are used. These problems
include broken wires, too many connections, electrical connectors that do not meet original
specifications, sealing materials, tearing, inserting improperly compressed bushings, etc.
Make sure the device is securely connected.
•
Ensure that the seal or sealing material used does not deteriorate to the extent that i t
•
prevents air and water from leaking into the atmosphere.
Replacement parts must meet the manufacturer's specifications.
•
Detailed rules and regulations: The use of silicone sealants may reduce the effectiveness of
some leak detectors.
The internal safety components must not be removed before using such equipment.
4. Maintenance of internal safety components
Charging loads or permanent current-sensing loads should not be applied to circuits without
•
verification that exceed the voltage and current permitted by the air conditioner used.
When the air contains flammable substances, the internal safety components are the only
•
ones that can operate.
The test instrument shall have accurate coordinates.
•
Replace parts only with spare parts specified by the manufacturer.
•
If other spare parts are used, it may cause air conditioning water to leak into the
•
atmosphere and catch fire.
5. Wiring
Check the wiring to ensure that it is not subject to tearing, corrosion and extreme pressure.
•
Too sharp edge vibration or any other harsh environmental effects.
