Note: As a result of varying designs, the battery may
need to be inserted and removed using a different
method. Read the eBike manufacturer's operating in-
structions.
Inserting the CompactTube Battery (pivot)

❶ To insert the CompactTube battery (20), place it
so that its contacts are in the upper holder of the
frame.
❷ Twist the battery in the bicycle frame until it is
held by the safety restraint (22).

❸ Push the battery into the guide rail (11) and
slide it towards the battery lock (2) until it audi-
bly clicks into place.
❹ Then remove the key (1) from the battery
lock (2).
Always remove the key (1) from the battery lock (2)
after locking it. This prevents both the key from falling
out and the eBike battery from being removed by
unauthorized third parties when the eBike is not in
use.
