Digital Settings - Confi guration
You can confi gure DTV settings of your TV by using digital Confi guration menu.
Viewing Confi guration Menu
You can confi gure the settings of your TV. Select
Confi guration from Setup menu and press OK to view
this menu. Press the BACK button on the remote
control to exit.

Active Channels

You can set a viewing type for channel list using this
setting.
• In the CONFIGURATION menu, use Up or Down
buttons to select Channel List option.
• Press Left or Right button to set this function to TV
Only, Radio Only, Text Only or Show All.

Scan Encrypted

When this setting is on, search process will locate
the encrypted channels as well. If it is set as OFF
manually, encrypted channels will not be located
while in automatic search or manual search. Scan
Encrypted Channel feature will always be ON after
performing first time installation.
• In the CONFIGURATION menu, use Up or Down
buttons to select Scan Encrypted.
• Press Left or Right button to set this function as
On or Off.

Output Settings

You can use this option to confi gure output settings.
Highlight the AC3 Audio item by pressing Up or
Down buttons. Use the Left or Right buttons to set
the AC3 Audio as On or Off.
If the channel that you are watching supports AC3
Audio, turn this setting on.
You can use this setting when there is an
synchronization problem in the received broadcast.
• Press Left or Right button to change the delay or
use numeric buttons to enter SPDIF Audio delay
manually. When fi nished, press GREEN button to
apply.
Use this setting to define digital audio out signal
type.
• Use Left or Right buttons to set SPDIF Audio as
Compressed or PCM. If your selected channel
includes Compressed sound stream, you should
connect your TV to external equipment by using
spdif out of your TV for enabling the sound output.
If you have no external sound equipment, please
select Digital Audio Out as PCM by using Left or
Right button.
