This warrantyappliesfor only90 days fromthe dateof purchaseif this chippershredderis everusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
This warrantycoversONLYdefectsin materialand workmanship.Searswill NOT payfor:
• Expendableitemsthat becomewornduringnormaluse, includingbut notlimitedto blades, sparkplug,air cleaner,flail screenand catcher
bag.
• Standardmaintenance servicing,oil changes,or tune-ups.
• Tire replacement o r repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Tireor wheelreplacement o r repair resultingfrom normalwear,accident,or improperoperationor maintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse, includingbutnot limitedto damagecausedby impactingobjectsthat bendthe frameor
crankshaft,or over-speeding theengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence, i ncludingbut not limitedto, electricaland mechanicaldamagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethe propergradeand amountof engine oil,or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructions
containedin theoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbe used
within30 daysof its purchasedate.
• Normaldeterioration and wearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
