Before contacting the Customer Care Centre:
Switch the appliance on again to see if the problem has been eliminated. If it has not,
switch off the appliance and repeat the operation after one hour. If your appliance still
does not work properly after carrying out the checks listed in the troubleshooting guide
and switching the appliance on again, contact the Customer Care Centre, clearly
explaining the problem and specifying:
• the appliance type and serial number (on the rating plate).
• the type of fault.
• the model.
• your full address.
• your telephone number and area code.
- The wine cooler is not installed on a level surface.
- The door is reversed and not properly installed.
- The gasket is dirty.
- The shelves are out of position.
