    Turning on for the first time To turn on your tablet, press and hold the power button until you see the Acer logo. Wait a moment for your tablet to boot up. You will then be asked some questions before you can use your tablet.

    Using your tablet - 11 S I N G Y O U R T A B L E T Using the touchscreen Your tablet uses a touchscreen for selecting items and entering information. Use your finger to tap the screen. Tap: Touch the screen once to open items and select options.

Status and notification bar Search Iconia Suite Favorites bar Navigation Note Bundled apps differ depending on region and configuration. Swipe the Home screen left to see most apps installed on your tablet. If you need more space, you can extend the Home screen to give you more screens to add app icons or widgets.
  • Page 13 Using your tablet - 13 Navigation To navigate through menus and options, three (or more) icons are shown at the Back Home Overview bottom of the screen. Back Tap this icon to go to the previous page, or to go up one level in a menu.
  • Page 14 14 - Using your tablet Iconia Suite The Iconia Suite icon is in the middle of the Favorites bar. Tap the Iconia icon for more information on installed apps and features. Note When you first open the Iconia Suite drawer, you will see a summary of the Iconia apps or features.

Drag the divider to the edge of the screen or tap and hold the split- screen icon to exit split-screen mode. Simply drag the item to the Uninstall option and tap OK. Note You may only uninstall downloaded apps.
