Notes on moisture condensation Moisture condensation damages the player. Please read the following carefully. Moisture condensation occurs, for example, when you pour a cold drink into a glass on a warm day. Drops of water form on the outside of the glass. In the same way, moisture may condense on the optical pick-up lens inside this unit, one of the most crucial internal parts of the player.

On handling discs Do not touch the playback side of the disc. Do not attach paper or tape to discs. On cleaning discs Fingerprints and dust on the disc may cause picture and sound deterioration. Wipe the disc from the centre outwards with a soft cloth.

Preparation of the remote control Insert the specified battery to the remote control. See page 8 for safe use of coin-shaped batteries. Gently insert a fingernail in groove 1 and pull out the holder in direction 2 . Backside Take care not to break your fingernail. Place a coin-shaped battery (CR2025) with the side up on the holder.
Power connection Connect the supplied AC adapter to wall outlet as below. Follow steps 1 to 2 to connect. When disconnecting, reverse this order. Changing modes You can enjoy various contents of discs, the digital TV and other external equipment by changing the mode. Change it depending on your needs. Press MODE. Press to select the mode. Select when you want to watch the digital TV broadcasting.
