Operation
Raclette
1) Lightly oil the inside of the pans 4 and the top
of the stone griddle 1 .
2) Insert the plug into a mains power socket .
3) Move the ON/OFF switch 2 to "I" . The inte-
grated control lamp on the ON/OFF switch 2
lights up . If you only want to use the raclette,
allow the appliance to heat up for 5 minutes .
If you want to use the stone griddle 1 at the
same time to grill food, wait around 20 minutes
until the stone griddle 1 has heated up (see
Chapter "Grill") . The pans 4 not need to be
inserted into the appliance to heat them up .
4) Fill the pans 4 with the desired ingredients .
Ensure that the pans 4 are not overfilled,
otherwise the food could get too close to the
heating element 3 and even touch it!
5) Put the pans 4 into the appliance . The slight
recess in the appliance helps to keep the pans
in place .
6) Remove the pans 4 from the appliance as
soon as the contents are cooked .
