Large compressed
air bottles
Small compressed
air bottles
When reprocessing compressed air unit carrier frames including the
hoses, the hoses must be filled with compressed air. The pressure in
the hoses prevents wash water from entering the air-carrying system,
among other things.
The compressed air required can be taken from the compressed air
bottles being reprocessed using a connection hose. Alternatively,
small compressed air bottles can be used.
Connection hoses and small compressed air bottles are not included
in the insert's scope of delivery. Connection hoses and small com-
pressed air bottles that are compatible with the manufacturer and
model of the compressed air unit, must be procured by the customer.
To ensure that the compressed air unit carrier frames are pressur-
ised during reprocessing, the compressed air bottles must contain
a sufficient volume of compressed air in line with the manufac-
turer's specifications.
Screw the connection hose to the valve of the compressed air unit
carrier frame and to the valve of the compressed air bottle.
Connect the compressed air bottle to the valve of the compressed
air unit carrier frame.
