Troubleshooting
Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the
check points, or if the remedies indicated in the chart do not solve the problem, refer to
"Customer Services Directory" on the front page if you reside in the U.S.A., or refer to
"CONTACT INFORMATION" on the front page if you reside in Canada.
Refer also to the "Owner's Manual (PDF format)" for more "Troubleshooting" items.
There is no sound.
• The USB port or plug may be dirty. Wipe the USB port and plug clean with a soft dry cloth.
• The sound may have been muted or turned down low on the connected device. Adjust the
volume on the connected device.
• Make sure that "Panasonic SC-GNW10 (Game)" is selected as the audio output device on the
connected device.
The sound is low.
• Also increase the volume on the other devices as well as this unit.
There are interruptions to the sound. / Too much noise. / Poor sound quality.
• Make sure the USB port is normal. If there are other USB ports on your computer, try using one
of the other USB ports.
• There may be a USB hub between the unit and the computer. If there are other USB ports on
your computer, try using one of the other USB ports.
There is no wireless connection between this unit and the transmitter.
• Try pairing the unit and the transmitter again. Refer to the "Owner's Manual (PDF format)" for
details.

Limited Warranty Coverage
If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or
workmanship, Panasonic Corporation of North America (referred to as "the
warrantor") will, for the length of the period indicated on the chart below,
which starts with the date of original purchase ("warranty period"), at its
option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, (b)
replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product, or (c)
refund your purchase price. The decision to repair, replace or refund will be
made by the warrantor.

the most up to date information. Include a letter detailing the complaint, a
return address and provide a daytime phone number where you can be
reached. A valid registered receipt is required under the Limited Warranty.
IF REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE
PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH A SALES RECEIPT/
PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATING DATE OF PURCHASE, AMOUNT
PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED
FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF
