Read this user manual carefully before you

• Donotsprayanyflammablematerialssuch
as insecticides or fragrance around the
dehumidifiertoavoidelectricshockand/ora
firehazard.
• Donotdrinktheaccumulatedwater,useit
tofeedanimals,nortowaterplants.Empty
thewatertank,andpourthewaterdown
the drain.
Warning
• Check if the voltage indicated on the bottom
or indicated at the rear of the appliance
corresponds to the local power voltage
before you connect the appliance.
• Connectthedehumidifiertothepower
socketexclusively,anddonotconnectit
throughanextensioncordtopreventfire
hazardand/orelectricshock.
• Ifthepowercordisdamaged,youmust
haveitreplacedbyPhilips,aservicecenter
authorizedbyPhilips,orsimilarlyqualified
personsinordertoavoidahazard.
• Donotusetheapplianceiftheplug,
thepowercord,ortheapplianceitselfis
damaged.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
withreducedphysical,sensoryormental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand
thehazardsinvolved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision
• Donotstartorstopthedehumidifierby
plugging and unplugging the power cord.

placing items on the air outlet or in front of
the air inlet.

• The essential oils are not included with
the product. Please purchase and use the
essential oils if needed.
•  M akesuretheproductisdisconnectedwith
power before dropping essential oils into the
aroma box.
• Do not use substances other than essential
oils.
• Read and follow the safety and use
instruction of the essential oil carefully
before using it.
• Check the ingredients information of the
essential oil versus your known allergies and
exclude it from use when necessary.
• Consult and follow doctor recommendation
beforeusingtheessentialoilforinfants,
pregnant women or women in the lactation
period or if you have respiratory issues.
•  I fyoufeelunwell,irritationordiscomfort
duringtheuseoftheessentialoil,please
stop using it.

• Donotturntheapplianceonandoff
frequently.
• If the power socket used to power the
dehumidifierhaspoorconnections,theplug
ofthedehumidifierbecomeshot.Makesure
youplugthedehumidifierintoproperly
connected power socket.
• Alwaysplaceandusethedehumidifierona
dry,stable,level,andhorizontalsurface.
• Leaveatleast40cmfreespacebehindand
onbothsidesofthedehumidifierandleave
atleast60 cmfreespaceaboveit.Insufficient
ventilationmaycauseoverheatingorfire
hazard.
• Donotusethisdehumidifierwhenyouhave
used indoor smoke-type insect repellents or
inplaceswithoilyresidues,burningincense,
or chemical fumes.
• Donotoperateorstorethedehumidifier
under direct sunlight.
• Donotusethedehumidifierneargas
appliances,heatingdevicesorfireplaces.
• Donotusethedehumidifierinabathroom
or other places where it is likely to come in
contactwithwater,orwashitwithwater.
• Whenyouusethedehumidifierfordrying
laundry,hangyourclothesfromadistance
