  • Page 57 For the computer to shut down in hibernation mode, the hibernation feature must be enabled in two places the Hibernation tab Power Options and Setup Action tab in TOSHIBA Power Saver. Otherwise, the computer will shut down in Standby mode. If battery power becomes depleted, data saved in Standby will be lost.

    When the AC adaptor is connected, the computer will go into Standby mode according to the settings in the TOSHIBA Power Saver utility. To restore operation from Standby mode, press the power button or press any key.
