Make sure the Power lamp is on.
If the power lamp does not stay lit or it is
not blinking, press the power key.

Press the tray key to move the feeder
lift tray downward.
Wait until it stops.

While raising the side guide lever,
move the side guide all the way
towards the front of the printer.
