Usingthe suppliedsoftware
This section describes Ihe process using a
Windows compuler as :m example.
The supplied CD-ROM conlains two
soflware applicalions: "PiclurePackage"
and "lnlageMixer."
PicturePackage
What you can do:
O Burning Video CD
The 'hnageMixer VCD2" screen appears.
Q Music Video/Slideshow Producer
Save the images on CD-R
Viewing video and pictures on PC
How to start up the functions:
Click one of _-0, then click the button at
the lower right of the screen.
You can install the "PicturePackage" and
"lmageMixer VCD2" software using the
following procedure.
• tfyou have not yel installed the USB driver
(page 57), do not connect the camera to the
compuler belk>re you inslall the
"PicturePackage" software (excepl lot Windows
XP).
• In Windows 2000/XP, log on as Adminislrator.
• When "PicturePackage" is installed, the USB
driver is inslalled auton/alically.

Turn on your computer, and insert
the CD-ROM (supplied) into the
CD-ROM drive.
The installation men/t screen appears;.
• If it does not appear, double-dick _ (My
Compuler) _ _i_g) (PICTUREPACKAGE)

Click [PicturePackage].
The "'Choose Setup Language" screen
appears.

Select the desired language, then
click [Next] twice.
This section describes the English
screen.
The "License Agreement" screen
appears.
Read the agreement carefully. If you
accept the terms of the agreement, click
the radio button next to [1 accept the
terms of the license agreement] and then
click [Next].

Follow the instructions on the
screen to complete the
installation.
• "hnageMixer VCD2" and " DirectX" will
be installed if you have not yet installed
theln.
• When the restarting confirmation nlcssage
appears, mstala the computer lollowing the
