The shutter buttons are provided with lock levers
.
The shutter button on top of the grip can be locked
by pulling up and turning the mode selector to OFF
.
To lock the shutter button on the battery pack or
Ni-Cd
pack,
turn the lever so the red "L" is aligned
with the white dot. This is recommended to prevent
accidental shutter release when carrying the camera
.
The three shutter release locking devices function
independently of each another. Even if the camera's
shutter release lock lever is aligned with "L," for ex
-
ample,
either of the motor drive's shutter buttons
can still be used to release the
shutter.
