with SAE J1772 AC Level 2 charging standard.
The product is intended to be used in indoor and protected
outdoor areas.

Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future
use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these
instructions must be included.
WARNING: When using electric products, basic precautions
should always be followed, including the following. This manual
contains important instructions for models DXPAEV032 that
shall be followed during, operation and maintenance of the unit.

not requiring ventilation during charging.
WARNING: Use of the product may affect or impair the
operation of any medical or implantable electronic devices, such as

concerning the effects that charging may have on such electronic
devices before using the product.

Instructions for Cord-Connected Product
WARNING: If this product is installed outdoors, the outlet
must be rated for outdoor installation. The outlet must be installed
properly to maintain the proper NEMA rating of the enclosure.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, connect only to
a properly grounded outlet.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, connect only to a circuit
provided with 20 amperes maximum branch circuit overcurrent
protection in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/
NFPA 70 and the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, C22.1.

Do not plug the product into a damaged, loose or worn outlet.
Ensure that the prongs on the plug fit snugly into the outlet.
Do not disconnect the product from the outlet when the vehicle
is charging.
WARNING - Grounding Instructions for
Cord-connected Product
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break
down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric
current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped
with a cord having an equipment grounding conductor and a
grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all
local codes and ordinances.
WARNING: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding
conductor is able to result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a
qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided
with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper
NEMA 14-50 or NEMA 5-15 outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
