Warning indicators and messages
If indicators and messages appear in the viewfinder, on tile LCD screen or in tile
display window, check tile %llowing:
See the page in parentheses "( )" fbr more information.
The indicators and messages are displayed in yellow.
Warning indicators
The video heads are dirty
Slow flashing:
• Yon need to clean tile heads nsing the Sony DVM 12CLD cleaning cassette (not supplied) (p. 139).
The battery is dead or
nearly dead
Slow flashing:
• The hattery is nearly dead.
• The batte W is dead (p. 11).
Depending on conditions.
the c\. indicator may flash,
even if there ale five to 10
minntes remaining.
Warning indicator as to --
tape
Slow flashing:
• The tape is neal the end.
• No tape is inserted (p. 15).*
• The write protect tab on the
cassette is ont (red) (p. 15). - c\_ [
Fast flashing: -- _ A
• The tape has run out (p. 15,
27).*
You need to eject the cassette
Slow flashing:
