appears in the Menu Action Screen Display.
Canned foods - Empty contents into casserole

wrap. After reheating,
release plastic wrap and
stand.
Plate of food - Arrange food on plate; top with
butter, gravy, etc. After reheating,
release plastic
wrap and stand.

and marked with the Symbol
I_. Because of the vast differences
in food composition, recipes and charts without the Symbol [] Should be
prepared in your microwave oven using the Power and Time setting.
