You can investigate your image in the Hitachi
EMP-EX software – this is optional
The acquired image will show up in the
Thumbnail window. Double click the image to
open it up in Hitachi EMIP-EX software. Here you
can make measurements and change contrast on
the image if needed.
You can also open multiple images and place them next each other to compare.
