We recommend Initializing your SD Card
if this is the first time you are using it in
this camera and setting your Resolution
and Frame Rate. To do that push the
Menu button and navigate to the Video
Settings Menu and click on initialize SD.
You should also confirm your HD
Recording Settings and Frame Rate on
this menu and adjust them if needed.
