Alarm Indications

If an error is detected, an alarm report depending on the cause will
appear in the display (%XXXXXXX). If a fatal hardware alarm is
concerned (during self-test), then furthermore the LED will start
flashing and an alarm signal becomes audible.
Alarms can be reset only by going off/on hook. If any alarm cannot be
reset, report crypto alarm.
