Problem
The App cannot connect to the dryer.
The App frequently cannot connect to the
dryer.
The display shows
1) After maximum 6 hours, the programme ends automatically.
2) It can happen that some area remains humid when drying big items (e.g. bed sheets ).
13.3 Possible causes of
unsatisfactory drying results:
• The filter is clogged. Clogged filter
makes drying inefficient.
• The airflow slots are clogged.
• The drum is dirty.

Check if your smart device is connected to
the wireless network.
Check your home network and router.
Restart the router.
Contact your wireless service provider if
there are problems with the wireless net‐
work.
The dryer, the smart device, or both, need
to be configured again.
Try to move the home router as near the
dryer as possible or consider purchasing a
wireless range extender.
Turn the microwave off. Avoid using the mi‐
crowave and the Remote Control of the dry‐
er at the same time. The microwaves dis‐
rupt the Wi-Fi signal.
If you want to set a new programme, deacti‐

vate and activate the appliance.
Make sure that the options are suitable for
the programme.
• Inadequate default dryness level
settings. See chapter
default dryness level
• Room temperature is too low or too
high. Optimal room temperature is
between 18°-25°C.
