Press the [»» ] button to fast-rewind or fast-forward the tape.
<< button
Press the [#4] button to fast-forward or fast-rewind the tape.
Auto Shut Off (ASO)
The AUTO SHUT OFF feature automatically disengages the tape transport and switches
off the unit when the end of the tape is reached in playback mode. Always press the
[STOP/RADIO OFF] button to disengage the tape transport in fast-forward and rewind
modes.
Note: This feature is not effective when the [AUTO REVERSE] button is set at ON.
AUTO REVERSE
When the [AUTO REVERSE] button is in the ON position, the other side will be played
automatically when one side ends.
When the [AUTO REVERSE] button is in the OFF position, ASO functions will stop
the tape when one side ends.
MANUAL REVERSE
When the [MANUAL] button is pressed during playback, the other side will be played
immediately.

© Before inserting a cassette tape into the unit, take up
any tape slack to prevent the tape from becoming
entangled around the capstan. To do this, twist the
cassette hub inside the cassette with a pencil.
