Error Messages
When the print paper or
colour ribbon runs out, the
paper jams, or another
problem occurs, the
ERROR and PAPER JAM
lamps fight and/or an error
message stating the
problem appears on the
screen. Note the message
and perform whatever
action is necessary to
solve the problem.

Please set new one.
The colour ribbon has
been completely used up.
Replace the used colour
ribbon. (The colour ribbon

Upper hatch for checking
paper jam is open.
Close the hatch correctly.

there is still paper

Load the print paper into

lower hatch is closed

Please reset mbbon
cassette again.

and fit cassette firmly
