Registering a Custom Paper Size

When printing on the custom size paper from the paper
cassette, you need to register the paper size and type previously.
When printing on the custom size paper from the multi-
purpose tray (manual feed slot), specify the size in the screen
displayed when the paper is loaded or select the paper
specified here.
