Alarm Settings
Press Sleep icon ' when you're ready to go to sleep...
1.Sleep Stats - starts a log of the time you went to bed and starts calculating sleep duration
Select which day of the week you want the alarm to sound:
(Never, Everyday, Weekday, Weekend or Custom)
Select what alarm tone, music or favorite
Radio station you want to wake-to
Select "SNOOZE" time
Set the Alarm Name
Set the Alarm time
