Hibernation Setup

This allows all LG Network Storage hard disks to transition into stand-by to minimize
energy consumption after a certain period of no data transfer. Reading or writing LG
Network Storage data during the hibernation mode will gradually reactivate the LG
Network Storage hard disks and fully activate after 3-15 seconds.
* It is recommended to utilize the stand-by function if user expects to leave the system
unattended or NAS is not being used for an extended period of time.
① To set up the hibernation function, click on the 'Edit' button.
② Check 'Enable' to select hibernation mode, or 'Disable' to deactivate.
When selecting 'Enable', proceed to the next step.
③ Set stand-by time.
④ If there is no data traffic during the given time, the LG Network Storage will enter
hibernation mode. Time can be set to 10/30/60/120 minutes.
⑤ Click on the 'Apply' button to dictate changes to the LG Network Storage. Click on
the 'Cancel' button to discard changes.
