How Do I Find the Product ID, Serial Number, and
IMEI Number on My HP iPAQ?
The Product ID, Serial Number, and IMEI Number for your HP iPAQ can
be found on the label under the battery or in the Asset Viewer program. It
is recommended that you have this information available before
contacting Customer Support, particularly if you are calling for
in-warranty support.

Option A—To locate the Product ID, Serial Number, and IMEI Number in
Asset Viewer:
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > HP Asset Viewer.
