Virtual Surround function

When playing a DVD recorded with Dolby Digital Surround audio,
powerful sound can be reproduced even when you use headphones
or only two speakers.
1.
Press
ON SCREEN
OSD by tilting the joystick up or down.

Move the cursor to
by tilting the joystick to the left or right, then press
¶ The icon can be selected only when the played software is
recorded in Dolby Digital audio (with 2 or more channels).

Select the level of Virtual Surround effect by tilting the joystick
up or down, then press

¶ When a DVD recorded with Dolby Digital audio (with 2 or
more channels) is played, the "VIRTUAL SURROUND"
indicator on the player main unit lights up.
