After the equipment arrives, carefully inspect each carton for signs of shipping damage. Shipping damage constitutes moderate to severe damage, such as punctures in the corrugated carton, crushed boxes, or large dents.

Removing and Replacing Server Covers and Bezels To upgrade, remove, or replace most server components, you must first remove the covers from the server chassis.

Installing an Additional Power Supply The supported configuration of the HP 9000 rp3410 and rp3440 servers requires a minimum of one power supply to be installed.
