Group C scored above the mean for the test. The addition of sound-field
technology makes a substantial difference.
The results suggest that phonological and phonemic awareness training is more
effective when sound-field amplification was added. This technology allows
phonemic detail to reach the brains of children continuously. Sound structure of
literacy can most effectively be taught in classrooms that are amplified.
