If one of these messages appears

If any of the following messages are displayed, check the unit while referring to the cause and
corrective action columns.

NO CD MAGAZINE
CD OO CHECK
PASS CODE INCORRECT
This Memory Stick is not
available.
No Memory Stick.
No Music data.
Checking Memory Stick.
Please check Memory Stick.
*1 If the unit still will not work after the disc is ejected, contact your local retailer.
*2 If this error occurs, wait a moment for the changer to cool down. When the temperature
inside the unit returns to normal, the message will disappear and playback will start. If
the message does not disappear after waiting for a long period, contact your local
retailer.
Cause
The CD changer is searching for
discs when a magazine has been
inserted in the CD changer.
The door of the CD changer is
open.
The CD/MP3bWMA/DVD is dirty or
has been inserted upside down.
There is no disc in the CD/
MP3bWMA/DVD player or CD
changer.
The CD/MP3bWMA/DVD player or
CD changer will not move for some
reason.
The temperature of the CD/
MP3bWMA/DVD player or CD
changer has become unusually
high.
There is no magazine in the CD
changer.
The OO slot in the CD changer has
a CD that cannot be read.
Displayed when the pass code has
been entered incorrectly.
The inserted Memory Stick Duo
type is not supported.
An MG Memory Stick Duo has not
been inserted.
There is no playable music data
recorded on the MG Memory Stick
Duo.
The Memory Stick Duo is being
checked.
The Memory Stick Duo cannot be
played because of static electricity.
Corrective action
Wait until the unit has finished
identifying the type of disc.
Close the door of the CD changer.
Clean the disc if it is dirty. Insert the
disc correctly if it is upside down.
Load a music disc.
Eject the disc. *1
Wait a moment for the unit to cool
down. Do not perform any other
operations. *2
Load a magazine.
Check for a properly loaded music
CD.
Enter the correct pass code.
Check that the Memory Stick Duo
is a type supported by this unit.
